Printing panos with different length on roll paper I setup always a custom paper size for the print.
Printlength varies often beween 80 and 130 cm (30 to 50 inches).
Is there an easier way to do this setup?

That depends on the printer you are using. If you are using a wide format Epson printer, those offer the "save roll paper" option that cuts the paper just below the last print on the page. If you do that, you can set the length to the longest length you intend to use (130 inches for example) and just let it cut accordingly.
