I usually print a package with same photo but different sizes. I want the filename or a description to be print just once so I know what the photo is.

I try to use the "Print Image/File Info" function but it prints filename for all photos on the page.

Is there any solution?

Yes, you can use floating text to do that. Just go to the full page editor and right click on the first print and select "Add Floating Text". You can then click on the option you want (file name) and place the text on the page. You can also create a template if you do this often. See example 9 in the help under "Learn by Example" for more info.
