Default Questions about ordering QImage [closed]

Hi folks,
After testing the QImage software, I decided to buy a copy of it, as I had to print a larger amount of images.
So yesterday I purchased the professional edition of QImage via Paypal.
So far I heard nothing from DDI software. Neither an automated nor a personal e-mail with an order confirmation. Nor did I get any password or activation code.
I thought I get all the information necessary right after the payment.
I find the order process lets you some kind of alone. It does not tell what is next, or how to proceed after payment.

Does anyone has a tip for me, what's next or how long I have typically to wait to get further information - I need to get these images printed...

You should get the unlock code in your mail any day.
You may want to check out Qimage forum .. Great people there.

We sent your registration right away, responded to your personal email (where you emailed the same message as below), and resent your registration a second time. When we replied to your query, we asked that you check your spam/junk folder as messages sometimes get improperly filtered. If you still don't see the messages, please send us an alternate email address: one that does not block incoming email.
