Getting proper sharpness in final prints comes down to Qimage's algorithm of applying a balanced amount of sharpening based on a number of factors such as the resolution of the image being printed and the final size being used. Qimage will handle that for you so that the sharpness is consistent regardless of the size. Just select the "sharpen" level on the lower right of Qimage's main window to whatever you prefer and Qimage will be able to keep consistent sharpening for you from that point forward.
