Qimage Pro 2010.209 Blank Thumbnails
Opening Pro version 2010.209 today and any folder I go to the thumbnails are blank. All other functions work properly in Qimage, except no image displaying for the thumbnail. What do I need to do to get the image to display in the thumbnail? Prior to today it was working fine.
Update: I downloaded older version 09-209.exe and run it. All thumbnails show as they should. However when I update to version 10-209 all thumbnails are blank again. Mike, can you help me please. Last edited by dspringer; Jan 29, 2011 at 8:47 PM. |

Problem Fixed
After emails with Mike Chaney, I uninstalled Qimage, deleted program files folder for Qimage, deleted documents and settings ddisoftware folder and reinstalled a clean 2010.209.exe file from Qimage site and all thumbnails now appear.
