Do I understand correctly that I cannot save a Qimage Lite image to file? In other words, I could not use Qimage Lite and then upload the file to an online printing service?

If you are referring to the print-to-file feature then no, Qimage Lite does not offer that feature.

Have you considered adding the feature to Qimage Lite? I've heard there is a bit of a learning curve to Qimage Pro. I don't have the time or inclination for that. I've seen Qimage Lite in use and like its' simplicity. Money isn't a factor. I'd pay the price of Qimage Pro for Qimage Lite if it gave me a file I could upload to an online printer.

The pro version really isn't that much more difficult to use and is actually more efficient once you spend a few minutes with it. Limiting the features is one way that we keep the lite version simple and if we start adding things back, we'll be back to a more complex interface. Printing to file is considered a feature that is more "professionally oriented".
