Hey all, I have a 5MP camera and would like to print out some bigger pictures, probably 16" x 20" or (if this is possible), 20" x 30" (probably too big for my camera though).

Anyways, I am planning on using Costco to do my printing, so would I be best off just sending them the shot and letting them interpolate it, or should I do it myself? The only program I have access to is photoshop elements 4. (and paint:-))

I would contact Costco and ask. Some photofinishers would prefer to do the upsample. Others will just print whatever you give them. You will do better with an upsample if the photofinisher isn't going to do it.

If you are going to be making large prints it might be worth the money to buy Qimage. I don't use it but it has an excellent resample filter.

forget COSTCO - try MPIX.com

they have an excellent site with good prices and great service and will let you know what file size they need to print a given size
