CX1 Continuous Shooting Question

The review posted on Steve's Digicams has a confusing sentence regarding continuous shooting mode. The review states that:

When using either Normal or one of the M-Cont. modes, the LCD shows the last image captured making it possible to follow a moving subject.

This does not make sense. If the LCD shows the last image captures, that would make it difficult to follow a moving object. This statement contradicts itself. Could someone familiar with the CX1 clarify whether this statement means that the LCD does or does not show the last image captured in continuous shooting mode. Without a viewfinder, this camera would be completely useless to me without an LCD that stays with the subject rather than showing the captured images. Please advise if you can as I would like to make a purchase on this camera but this issue is a deal breaker if the camera does not function per my needs.

While difficult, it's still possible as the camera quickly displays the last image captured. With many cameras, the LCD blacks out completely, which makes it impossible to follow a moving subject using the LCD. I agree that the word possible should be replaced with difficult, which I will correct asap.

It would be much better if these consumer cameras would continue to display the live image when you are trying to capture your subject(s) in motion; much like movie mode. However, for some reason manufactures have not chosen this method.

So, with this said, hopefully the statement in our conclusion will make more sense to you now.
