Both Nikon D3200 and Samsung NX20 are brand new camera with state of the art technology. I don't think you will regret by choosing either one. But at the end of the day ,you have to consider post purchasing support and system expandability. Looking at the lenses and accessories available for both camera, you can help to notice the stark difference of Nikon's advantage over Samsung. No doubt the Nikon is bigger and heavier than the Samsung, but that shouldn't be the determining factor. It is the way it handles and fit into your hand whether you feel comfortable with the camera. I always prefer to have a DSLR with a larger hand grip. For me I am used to heavy camera in my old film days with medium format cameras. That is why I eventually bought a Canon 5D MKII.
If you by any chance end up buying the Nikon D3200, the second lens (telephoto zoom), you should buy a FX (full frame) lens in case you want to upgrade to a full frame DSLR like a D800. DX lens can't be used on a full frame DSLR. I don't really know that much about the Nikon lens system, this is something you have to do some research on, or perhaps, post the question on the Nikon forum.
