Samsung NV24HD Screen cracked two times

I have the Samsung NV24HD, and I was using it, everything worked fine. I put it down, and picked up a few minutes later and the screen went black and it was cracked.

Samsung generously lengthened the warranty for me so I could get it fixed for FREE. They repaired it. I received it, checked it, and it worked fine. Went to go use it again, screen was cracked.

Has anyone had this issue? I like the camera but this is getting silly. I shouldn't have to go through with a camera I paid $350 for. Any ideas on what's going on? Something went wrong on the circuit board that is shorting out the screen causing it to crack? It worked good for one year until now. No abuse.

Now Samsung extended the warranty, but they are refusing to warranty it and now Samsung is saying I'm out of luck. I'm going to try it again when they send it back.
