i want to share something i noticed recently. i used to think exposure settings are only for still pictures but i am suprised when i see it also effects video.

when you pause a video taken in daylight with automatic exposure settings. the frame you will see is taken about 1/100 or 1/200 of second and fast moving things will be blurry. but if you set shutter speed to 1/1000 manually and shoot the video again and as you pause the same frame, you will sharper still image. it also effects overall video quality. but it loads more data, h.264 compression limits the quality.

in second picture i moved camera quickly from left to right.
