Sanyo Xacti HD 1000GX green lines
I have a Sanyo Xacti VPC- HD1000GX that I bought in Singapore in December 2007. I have actually had this problem since then but have failed to identify the cause. When I playback video of whatever quality setting on TV or computer I have green diagonal lines that come and go and obviously spoil the effect. I have been told in a shop that I need a new camera or spend upwards of £200 to repair as the 'sensor' is damaged. I have tried replacing the quality SDHC cards to no avail. I am not concerned about warranty issues that is my fault but would love to hear any potential answers before I replace what is otherwise a superb camera and video. Sanyo have been ignoring me for months. Thanks
