Default Difference between the CG20 model and CG102?

Well, I am debating if one of these camcorder's is worth buying.... Which one is the better buy, the CG20 or CG102? I don't see a major difference, can someone please let me know? Thanks! All I know is the Megapixel difference, not sure about video quality though... Worth buying?

I bought a CG102 and, after testing, sent it back. But you might well be happy with it. The key negatives in my mind were that the zoom rate was far too fast and not adjustable, that the noise at low light levels was objectionable - not dots, but lines and streaks of black - and they still don't have an effective image stabilizer, and Sanyo has continued its silly strategy for canceling EV settings when the camera goes into standby.

Except for those problems, and its tiny battery that goes flat in less than 60 minutes of video, the CG102 is not bad. It does have a 5V power socket, which works well for longer shoots. I liked the dual-ratio telephoto capability, and the image clarity at 1080p was excellent.

FYI - I use 24p Canon HF100 in very low light situations and Panasonic ZS3 (with excellent OIS) for everything else. I have a cheap ($112) DOD F200HD for stationary 1080p shooting.
