Default Sigma no customer service.

I had a sigma 105mm macro and the barrell gear stripped.I called sigma and it is a joke.The guy was not interested .Before I couls tell him the problem he was wanting proof of purchase.I wasnt even wanting it fixed for free.I also have a friend in New Jersey with the same lens and same problem.I disposed of the rest of my sigma products and my new 105mm macro is a Nikon .Sorry I forgot to add that I finally hung up on hin.

I sent my Sigma 18-125 under warranty to these guys http://www.criscam.com/ and got excellent service.
