Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of buying the Sony Alpha in the US whilst I'm here on holiday and taking it back to the UK.

My main concern is the warrany, will buying it in the US void the warranty or will it still be valid in the UK? If not is there any way of taking the warranty with me? And do they use the same parts for the US model (will I be able to get it repaired in the UK or would it have to come back to the US)?

I'm moving from a DSC-P200 to the dSLR as the blurring on the P200 is really getting on my nerves... almost all night pictures and maximum zoomed pictures blur. I presume I won't get this with the A100.

Thanks for your help guys.
