KEH.com is a large on-line retailer of used camera gear. Thay have some 50mm f/1.7s in stock right now, they come with a guarantee and a very good return policy. Adorama.com and BHPhotoVideo.com also sell used camera equipment on-line, but their selection isn't as good as at KEH.com.

If you want new, you'll have a hard time finding one (although it may not be impossible). lol

As others have already mentioned, they are easily found on the used market (Ebay, keh.com, bhphotovideo.com are good places to look).

Note that Sony now offers a 50mm f/1.4 AF lens that would work fine on Minolta or Konica Minolta Maxxum/Dynax/Alpha cameras (since the Sony DSLR-A100 also uses the Maxxum lens mount). But, they have not released a Sony branded 50mm f/1.7 AF lens. So, your best bet is the used market unless you happen to find a dealer that still has a new 50mm f/1.7 in stock.
