is there a new firmware/update for the 5D from its 1.00u version?

But there are some "problem" wich can be revised in a new firmware... not really problems, rather annoying thing.

if i using the viewfinder, the lcd turn on when i try to change iso or white balance (but the info line in the viewfinder show these properties too)

But i think the chance of a new officional firmware is zero

Any body know somthing about reverse-engineered firmware?
(eg: like the for the Canon's 300D http://www.digit-life.com/articles2/canon300dfw2 )
