It's absolutely normal! I have hot pixels even in a 5 sec exposure without NR. (KM 5D)You can try remaping the pixels by moving the date 1 month forward then power off, but i would consider myself very lucky if i were you with this kind of performance.Cheers.

Couple things, sensor dust is WAY magnified at f22 and up. What you describe sounds like hot pixels to me, very typical with long exposure.

I have been doing lots of 30sec exposures lately and plan to extend that to several minuets soon (need a timer). I get a fairly steady pattern of hot pixels in the jpg, but when I convert the raw files using PSE4 they dont show up (noise reduction turned off everywhere). I cant wait for a dark frame after every shot when you only get ten minuets of good dusk shooting to start with, and I'm curious why the hot pixels dont come through in raw (you might want to try that).

Anyway, you'd have to post a 100% crop in order for us to see what your really talking about.
