Thanks to a family member who didn't lock the van one night I have a 2nd chance to buy a DSLR. Overall my 5 month experience with the A100 was good,. My only BIG gripe is that, as a glasses wearer, the viewfinder info is not visable w/o real concentration. Battery life is OK, the plastic build of the body is incidental, and the learning curve beyond point-and-shoot is reasonable. What I find bothersome is my innate feeling that a better lens would make this a GREAT DSLR. Anyone have a hands-on suggestion of good glass to replace the default 18-70mm lens?
