I have had my DSC-P10 for a few years now and am plaqued with red eye and blurriness with about 20% of my shots. I am a novice, and have played with the settings but since I don't know what I am doing its just randomness.

So for indoors what are the best settings for point and click?

I would also like to be able to take pictures of waterfalls where the moving water has that motion mist look. I think I need to slow down the shutter to make this happen, so what settings should I use for that? When I try I get more of a sharper image, see photo.

How about for taking moon (in the sky) shots?

I have a similar camera like yours I mount on my motorcycle its a P73. Back to your camera I just read the specs on the camera it might be a little tough with the settings you have on your camera to do what you want. With what you are asking I don't really know if its something it can do. It has a night mode but I don't know the detail it will give. I would look into if you can maybe a camera with some manual settings on it or partial settings. I have a F828 and a H5 both do pretty nice at what you are asking.
