One of my biggest issues with the pocket cameras (like my P10) is that seems that shot to shot performance with the flash on is horrible. Sometimes 5+ seconds - an eternity when shooting kids

Can anybody attest to the shot to shot time with flash enabled?

My V3 takes about 2 - 3 seconds to recharge the flash capacitor. The length of recharge time will vary with flash power settings and the intensity the camera sets the flash at. The brighter/more powerful the flash is set, the longer the recharge time.

I didn't notice any time lapse between pictures with flash. The V3 was very fast!
