Default Is it worth waiting for DSC-P72 ?

I saw this announcment about new range of sony cybershot cameras:

Few Question on DSC-P72, if anybody has any answer:

Is DSC-P72 superset of DCS-P7 or DSC-P71 ?
What about the size factor of DSC-P72 (will it be as small as DSC-P7) ?
Will it have audio with video for mpeg ?

sorry for so many questions, bottomline is, Is it worth waiting for DSC-P72, or one should go for DSC-P7 rightaway.

Default Maybe better to wait until after PMA 2003

Good questions but we have to wait for the official tech specs first.

As far as waiting, you just need to answer one question: is a 128MB Memory Stick sufficient for your needs -- or would you need/prefer larger storage sizes: 256 MB, 512MB, 1GB that are now available with the new Memory Stick Pro.

All Sony digital cameras, except the F717, are incompatible with the new Memory Stick Pro. Hence, Sony's introduction of new models to replace the current ones.

I would wait until after the PMA 2003 is over (March 2-5). Until then, there are going to be quite a few new digital cameras announced. Watch the news on Steve's site.
