Do you use any photoshop?

Do you Photoshop then noise program or the other way around?

Thanks everyone for your comments!

Noise reduction is the first thing I apply. (neat Image).

Then in PS I straighten,crop,levels,USM.

Another question, does it causea problem with you using the flash or is nothing said? Over here a lot of places state no flash photography which is a pain!!

I like your work and hope that I can get some shots of our team soon! Which flash are you using, I have just switched from Konica Minolta to Canon (30D) and have the 580. I also have the Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 (not as nice as your lens) and wondered what settings you were using when shooting with the flash, do you go for manual and let the flash to the rest, or go for Tv or Av?
