HS football under the lights. Nikon D2H 70-200 with 1.4x, ISO 640, SB-800 flash with Quantum Turbo battery, 1/250, no post-processing except some cropping.

Can someone tell me how to post more than 1 pic?

Not a bad capture. But you need to fix the eyes and fix the horizon.

The eyes are a major problem when using flash for football. Even using a decent bracket is no garantee you won't have the problem but it will reduce the occurances.

If you can fix those two things I think you'll have a pretty good shot.

Thanks for the input, John. Now, can you tell me how to upload multiple photos. Seems the regular PS7 ways of choosing multiple files (Ctrl and Shift keys) don't work for me.

I'll keep searching for the answer. Here's the photo redone. Not happy with the red-eye correction, though.

Okay, the title said volleyball, so here's one. Difficult area to shoot from and get a clean shot, but I think the result is good. D2H, 70-200vr at 175mm, ISO 1600, f2.8, 1/250. No noise reduction. I've noticed that when shooting VBfrom a downward view, there seems to be more noise (graininess) with the skin tone against the floor.

Nice capture on the volleyball shot! It's about 2/3 to a stop underexposed IMO. But, that's always a challenge when you're tring to use 2.8 indoors (or heck even outdoors at some fooball games I've shot )-but it's a great shot and the exposure should be easily tweaked in PP. Nice angle and nice timing - definite winner.
