I covered 3 matches last weekend as well as the rugby so I am still editing away with one more match to do.

Here are a selection of shots from the weekend.

As usual please C&C (pat me on the back or beat me up whichever you see fit!!).

Thanks for looking.

Mark

One of the guys on the away team decided that it would be a good idea to break their leg so that caused a little excitement for a while as he was sorted out!!

Not much happening in the ladies action (well this match anyway) but thought I better put one in to keep people happy LOL.

Hi Terry good to see you back!!!! I don't think he looked so happy later on as he had to have an operation so was in hospital for a few days.

The first couple on here would benefit from a slightly tighter crop on the sides I feel and it's a shame the stick is missing on the red dude in number 1, but other than that - excellent shots on the site.

The missing stick was a pain but not too much of a problem.

As for the width, I always work in 3:2 format for printing so all the work on my site (well 99.9%) is at this format so that customers know what they get. If this was done for editorial then yes I would have gone tighter.

Thanks

Nice job! My favorite is #5 the timing was perfect and I love the intensity on the defenders' face. Need to get there a little sooner next time and put up road blocks in those parking spots! LOL Dont these people realize what parking their cars there do to a photo!

Tell me about it, no consideration at all!! If I shoot from the other side of the field then it is much better as there are just trees however then I end up shooting into the sun so there is no way of winning lol.
