True - when you're talking a stop or less. But you can't push a low light shot by 4 stops and still get quality. Especially not action shots. So, I'm still waiting for you to back up your claim. I'm guessing since you declined to do so that your claims of shooting basketball 4 stops underexposed and pushing them arestretching the truth just a bit.

To the OP, 1 stop is about the most you can push and still retain quality. You are welcome to try minoltanut's advice - after all, digital is cheap to practice with. But don't be surprised when it doesn't work.
