Good work Graham. 4&5 get my vote. I'm terrible about catching slide tackles. Of course I mostly shoot HS soccer and they're just not as aggressive as the travel teams or pretty much any team on the other side of the pond :-)

Some really nice shots, graham. I like number 5, but I think my favorite of this sequence may be the last one. It's obvious these are two guys who are past the young, finely conditioned athletes we normally see in these types of photos, but there is no dimunition in the level of effort.

I'm just ready to see some soccer in Arkansas, lol.

Thank you John.This was a Barlow cup match so the effort was across the board. The team in blue where winning 2-0 at half time, but the team in stripes came back to win 3-2 after a terrible blues golie blunder.

That is what i like about local footy, yes it is a bit scrappy and hard to read as a photographer, but it is open to all ages and abilitys, here's a pic from last weekend that shows age holds no bounds:-). Kind regards Graham.
