This is one of the toughest gyms to get any kind of decent shots. The lighting is no where near bright enough. They use three different colored bulds and two of the lights are blown. I used a Canon 30D wit Sigma 28-70 F2.8 zoom ISO 3200 F/2.8 1/320.Two shots were pos precossed a little more, the first one I add some highlights in the shadowsand the last one and I did some brightness and contrast correction. All had a little shrpening in USM. I'll be glad when spring gets here and we move outside to baseball (mid to last April for me).

Looks like very tough shooting conditions which stretched the 30D to it's limit...... is the 85mm f1.8 on the shopping list??

Even with the difficult conditions you have captured some good action, I would say the 4th is the best, ifframed alittle far to the left.

I might be but not in the near future. The sigma 28-70mm F2.8 does a good job in all the other gyms.next lens will be a replacement for my Tamron 70-300mm, Possibly the Sigma 100-300 F4.
