Hi all, here's a few shots from the football i covered this weekend, it was bitterly cold (anyone with ideas as to keep my hands warm without bulky gloves??). Anyway was happily shooting away expecting to post some up for the local newspaper when the "staff" photographer turned up to cover the same game!!, He left after 20 mins to cover a wedding in the area and said to still send them in (not much chance of using mine though) :sad:LOL. Really lovely guy though. C&C as always encouraged. Thanks Graham.

p.s any white flecks in the picks are snow flurry's BRRRR!

#2 little love lost between these local sides

#3

#4 A New Mill player clears off the line in there 1-1 draw

#5 As i said there was no quarter given OUCH!!

#6is this classed as a shoulder barge!!:-)

Bummer about the staff shooter but sounds like yours are like mine and they are always friendly to me and we have a good chat.

Nice series. 2 has good action but to me it looks like you are trying to shoot too far away making the shot soft.

5, ouch ouch ouch for sure LOL. Much safer shooting than playing LOL.

7 is my fave for sure.
