This is something completely new to me. One thing I can tell right now is I don't have a good lens for this. I used my Canon 70-300 USM IS lens keeping it mostly between 70 and 135 mm but really need something better. ISO was 3200 shutter speed was 1/250. Noisewarepro used to take out the grain. C&C always welcome.

Considering the use of less than ideal lens (the 85mm f1.8 or 100mm f2 are the usual choice options) you have done well. Yes there is going to be motion blur but with some good timing they have come out pretty well.

Here we see the advantage of the USM lens, you would really struggle with the tamron/sigma options of the 70-300mm lenses.
