Fantastic pictures...thank you for posting them. Beautiful BMW flat twin and those period fairings take me back to the '60's and '70's.

Hi

Hope you don't mind me joining in, and I'm not sure if these are 'classic enough' but hope you enjoy them anyway. Taken couple of years ago at a local club meeting at Elvington Airfield, York. Apologies for the 'black frames' and the watermark!

Great pictures....they are classics IMO. Some nice Triumphs, Nortons in that mix...I love to see old bikes in action. Thanks for posting them.

Hi Les,there was quite a lot of older bikes on the track racing against the 'newer' boys. Glad you liked them. Steve

I did enjoy them. I recall similar versions of those vintage bikes (Triumphs, Nortons, etc. ) in your pictures...racing when they were new.

The only thing missing from the pictures is 'the music to my ears' exhaust notes of those old motorcycles.
