Thanks robintrade. #3 was taken from our hotel window during an away swim meet one weekend.

Spy - I have looked at all of your swimming photos over the past 2 years. They are the best I have seen anywhere. We get several swimming magazines. Your photos are much better than anything in these magazines. Great work; I really admire it.

Thank you TG and Allen and thank you for the compliments. Our swim season starts up here on the 1st of September and am looking forward to getting wet.....again! Which swimming magazines do you get and are they on line?

Yes Matt, hdr was used for that shot.

I don't have the exif data readily available and would have to go back into my cd file and try to locate the photos again to get that data. But what I can tell you is that all my swimming photos until now have been taken with the Canon 20d, ISO's at 1600, with my lens of choice being the 70 - 200mm 2.8, non IS, set to 3.5. I may have used the 10 - 22mm for the photograph taken from the hotel window. But if I didn't it would have been with my 17 - 85mm.
