They are all nice a sharp, so your panning is really good. I'm just not sure why you cut off a portion of each of the cars?

I like the set of shots. I would like to see tighter crops with more car and less track. Iím sure some of the motor sport guys what would work best here.

We actually prefer it members keep images embedded in posts here a bit smaller than that (as those were 1200 pixels wide). That way, members that don't have higher resolution displays won't have to scroll left and right (and/or up and down) to see an entire photo (as apparently happened when jschoonr was viewing the thread).

We have a "hard limit" of 1024 pixels wide as a maximum that members can attach to posts here from their hard drive to help manage that process (although it's a better bet to keep them at even smaller dimensions). But, we don't [yet] have a way to control the size of images that members link to if they're on another web site (other than pointing out that images are a bit large when we see them causing problems).

Keep in mind that the average monitor resolution for internet viewers is around 1024 x 768 pixels now. With Netbook users, that resolution may be even lower.

File size also comes into consideration (for example, those photos were over 500KB each), since a number of our members do not have high speed internet access, and larger images mean slower page load times. ;-)

So, you may want to downsize the images a bit more (dimensions and file size) for future posts.
