Hi PB don't know much about this "sport" but I've got a rude introduction comming up!!, I've been asked to attend a "Birthday" shoot out here in the UK, my issue being the friends who have invited me are Army personel (one's a Major,& 2 staff Sergents) so you can guess who'll be making up the numbers . Guess I'm in for the priverbial "Ass kicking".

ps I'm not taking any pics as staying in one piece is enough to concentrait on! Kind regards Graham.

Really nice action shots! Good colour, sharp pictures! Very interesting composition. I am drawn to #5 the most, like seeing the paintball out of the gun. Great photos. Thanks. Ned

these look nice PBJ

i like the closely framed ones best, 4,6,8 and the last one where he is getting pelted is great.

looks like a nice shoot for this sport.

Opps, I meant #4. First and third are pretty neat, too.

These are cool. It would be nice if #1 and #3 were sharper onthe players but the others are plenty sharp enough. Nice action freezing on the paint balls flying through the air. i would be worried they would shoot me and my camera.

Nice introduction to the sport. As they say, "A picture is better than a thousand words."

I think I like these PB shots the best so far.
Indeed - too bad about #1 (it's really not that bad). It's a good shot off-the-break, especially with dude already chopping paint; same guy has barrel troubles in #2. Gotta tighten that barrel after swabbing!
#3 is a really great point of view but I'm wondering if the soft DOF is going to limit your overall sharpening.
#6 is probably my favorite but I also like the last. I rather like the bits of shell you've captured coming off his left arm and the fresh-paint right over his mouth...that's one taste I don't miss.
