Hi Jeff, I do indeed use/own a 300 2.8!. which if you talk to the likes of Mark or John, took me ages to decide on, which way to go ie Sigma or Nikon???, I eventually went down the nikon road & have never regretted it since (except the price of course ). Kind regards Graham.

Jeff, I'm well past school , but building up a freelance reputation in any Country takes time & effort!. I shot pro sports for National/International papers in the late 80's/early 90's with Nikon 35mm gear & gave up when the first Digi gear arrived, (I was quoted the best part of $30/40,000 then! for a "kit change"). So I gave up for a while but rejoined the Digi age a few years ago. I hope now(with the help of fellow Digi camera users, Ta! guys), I'm almost back to where I started, Ie getting back to the top of my game . I look forward to following your progress & hope fellow shooters inspire you to future goals!
