Second shot is the nicest of the group - good framing and some action. It's underexposed though - because of the white uniforms. The other shots are simply too loosely framed and all of them use too narrow an aperture so you have too much depth-of-field and the backgrounds are distracting.

Next time out, think of that second shot - that's how tightly you want to frame every shot. You'll also want to use exposure compensation (or shoot in manual exposure) so the faces are exposed properly.

Yes i thinking i could have been closer on the shots, and a little faster on the snapping the picture as well but i new to this and so far i enjoy it just gotta get it all down..
