Always good to see new sports shooters. You're doing some good things so far. The shots are tightly framed/cropped and focus is decent.

Shot 1: Nice tight framing. Two biggest issues are the shot is underexposed and you're missing the puck (so while tight framing is good, you still want that key element of the puck in the frame). Sharpness is OK - focus is good, but 1/200 is slow so sharpness suffers in areas which are moving

shot 2: again, nice framing. Exposure is better than shot 1 and you've got the puck in the frame so you improved on those 2 issues, but the WB is more off in this shot - too yellow. Again, focus is decent but slow shutter speed kills the sharpness. 1/125 is just too slow. What you'll have to do in this rink is some comparison work. Try 1/250 at ISO 3200 and compare to 1/500 at ISO 6400 and perform noise reduction on both and see which is preferable.
