Nice shots in a very well-lit gym.

I'm impressed with the samples of the D7000 at high ISOs. Pop Photo had criticized the D7000 at high ISOs as being unacceptable grain above 1600. Hmmph.

Really nice series here. The images POP! Nice, sharp focus. Tight framing and good action. The last shot is the only one that really doesn't keep up with the others - no face at all - and not enough of the defender for him to be an interesting subject. Not a bad shot, just not as good as the rest - which are exceptional. Very well done!

Thanks everyone.
Yes I have been very impressed with the D7000. I know it's not a pro level body. But with a battery grip and the right glass it works very well on a budget.

I know. But it meant more to me. Because it was a massive dunk and I missed the shot when he slammed it.
But it's a memory shot I guess you could call it.

Nice shots, #4 is my favorite because of the mischievous look on the kid's face as he shoots his fade away
