Default Big Waves

A recent storm in the Los Angeles area produced some big waves. Unfortunately the conditions left a lot to be desired.
The forecast was for 14 to 16 foot waves and they were right.
I took two trips down to the spot that seems to always produce the biggest waves anytime a swell hits.
The swell was forecast to get bigger later in the day.
These are from the morning session.

Later in the day the waves got bigger but the conditions were poor. Notice all the runoff from the drains dumping 2 years of gunk into the bay.

These are all just great Mike. Oh, the good fortune of living on the pacific coast.
I see you broke out the heavy artillery for this shoot. Good move. What you lost in zoom you more than made up for in IQ.
