Default Amature Show Jumping

Hi all,
I took a visit to a country show today & took along my camera to try my hand at Show Jumping photography I didn't really know what to do as I've only tried it once a few years ago . Here's a selection of images. C&C ecouraged. Horsey shooters etc feel free to rip to bits!! . Kind regards Graham.

I like number five also. The horse looks more confident than the rider.

Mind sharing what you used to shoot these?

ta!, I didn't set out with the intentions of photography per say but once I saw the horses I knew I had to try it

Old Boat Guy, thank you sir!

I went with a Nikon D3s & 70-200VRI which IMHO was too closer lens for most of the country fair stuff . Kind regards Graham.

Nice to see something different from the master rugby shooter. Graham, there all good but #5 stands out to me.

I'll try to get some Rugby pics up soon but just so busy at the mo covering cricket/Tour de France cycling etc!. Kind regards Graham.
