Sweeeeeeeet......... but I didn't expect anything less

The really low shutter speed shots lack a little contrast compared to some of the others but that's about it.

Thanks Mark, The contrast could just be because of the overcast weather.
Only post processing I do is shoot RAW tweek the exposure and adjust the WB.
Use a standard setting with the Olympus OM-D E-M1 and find its colours the most accurate out of all the cameras I have used (which is the look I like)

Here is another shot from the same spot which I think the contrast looks ok, see what you think?

Hey TG, just wondering if you are going to get to the F1 this year, or is that something that isn't on the cards?

Interested to know what the experience is like compared to 2 seasons ago with the new engine regs.

Hi Mark,

Did go to the F1 GP the sound is no longer there compared to the V8 engines from 2 years ago and the high pitched screaming sound of the V10 engines before that was just the best.

Have posted some pictures over at the Olympus Micro Four Thirds forum as there aren't to many posts or replies here on the Sports & Action Photos forum anymore Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
Will add some here as well anyway.

Tom

That was my guess, but only having watched on TV it was hard to be sure. Didn't know you had switched to Oly, how do you find it compared to your Canon gear?

Sold all my Canon gear 3 years ago wasn't using it as much, was a pain carrying all my gear around when I was out with my kids. Was using a Panasonic LX5 which I already had and purchased a Panasonic FZ150 (great camera really enjoyed shooting with it). Purchased the Olympus OM-D E-M1 just after it came out excellent camera very compact light system really enjoying shooting with it. Have 12-50mm, 60mm macro & 75-300mm lenses, purchased the 12-40mm f2.8 pro a few months ago, have the 40-150mm f2.8 pro on back order & waiting for the 300mm f4 pro to come out later this year. More challenging shooting action with a mirrorless camera compared to my 1D MKII N but still possible.
