The vehicles in the background are too distracting. You need to position yourself to minimize extraneous elements.

Shoot wide open at F2.8 or wider and you can blur the background.

Play on? The Ref looks indecisive here. Almost looks like he is going to eat his whistle. I have been a ref for many years and don't ever put the whistle to my mouth unless I intend to use it.

There had been a pretty blatant trip, but the player in white kept her feet and went on. The ref put the whistle to his lips, but didn't blow it, after she clearly had advantage.
