The procedure to post more than one image in a single post continues to elude me.

Can someone share with me the correct way to include multiple images in a single post?

I would be eternally grateful :-)

Thanks

After you have typed in the link for the first image and it is accepted click on the insert image icon again and each time you want to insert another image.

That's only going to work if you're just linking to pictures already up on the net in some photo site somewhere.

To do multiple photos from your computer you have to post them one at a time.
To keep them in the same thread just do a reply on the first post and add the photos that way. You have to put some text in or it won't go. ie pic1, pic2

hope this helps

I just now tried what k1par suggested and found exactly what you said, Dale. Works like a charm if the pics are already posted on the web, doesnt work if the pics are on ones computer. I will try your process .....

Thanks a ton

David,

Sorry about that was thinking the way I do it. I do have a site where I can "park" my photos and link to them, that way I can put more than one on the same post. Glad someone else came in with the other way.

We're gonna have to keep an eye on you...

dale

PS: I'm just to cheap to pay for parking.

One thing is when you change stuff at your photo site and the link changes it
disappears form the thread. We've seen that here lots of times.

Actually I had a "bright" idea (for the life of me I don't know why I didn't think of it before), I created a sub-folder at my web site called "steves". From now on all the photos I post here are now placed there so the only way they should disappear is if I erase them.:?

That is a good idea... Now you should post that somewhere so others will learn to do it.

dale

PS: maybe PM a" Moderator" and suggest it...
