Canon digital rebet xt, Canon 85mm f1.8, ISO1600. auto w/b. Shot in Manual, 1/500. First 3 images f2.8, last 3 images f3.2

Comments? I do love this lens

sorry to say but, they could be a bit sharper. some shots of the players look like they are pasted to the picture. maybe not enough contrast on the shots or the lighting was off. just what i see. don't want to jump down your throat.

Increase the shutter speed to capture the movement and avoid photographer shake. Use a tripod would help too. The problem by increasing the shutter speed is that you get less light. It's not easy to take pictures without flash in a low light area and with a high shutter speed.

I think they are pretty good shots...were you using a flash and a tripod? Do you always use AWB...
