A great capture that could be put up in any "Dart Room". I could see this in family "Rec Rooms" everywhere.

Spy,

Great shot. Out of curiosity, did you use some kind of flash at high speed synch? How did you get a shutter speed so fast indoors?

To answer JohnG, I did not use a flash but used 3 sources of lighting and set the ISO's on the 20d to 3200 and ran the pic through a noise program.

1. In the centre of the ceilingin this 8 x 10 room, is a directional light that holds 3 lights that turn. I replaced the 60 watts for 100 watts and pointed them at the dart board.

2. Iplaced2 - 500 watt ground lights up on a table and books directly in front and about 2 feet away and just under thedart board.

3. I held a 100 watttable lamp inmy left hand and shot the picture with my right.

So yeah, there was 1400 watts of lightpointing straight at the dart board in such a fasionnot to cause shadows.

I was not only sweating from the heat from all that but also from hoping I wouldn't get hit!!
