Sounds like you have the right idea. Yep.... the Phantom does not weigh a lot so as long as you can keep the stern in the water you were doing OK (was very much on the edge at this speed and getting much more out of it with a greater pitch prop would have been interesting!!).

As we seem to be doing Powerboats, here is one that I took going back a few years before going DSLR. Yes I know that I broke the golden rule of leaving space for the subject to move into!!! :blah:

Speaking of the GTX here is my friend onhis (again a few years ago) taken while waiting for the next event to start during a dingy sailing event here I was safety officer. I love playing with it.... always a good laugh. I prefer Sea-Dooto Yamaha asIdon'tlike having throttle on thumb and not with fingers.

Jak, here is a quick edit for you using curves and also with boosted saturation. I have added a little unsharp mask as well to make it a little sharper. Hope you don't mind.
