The light wasn't very good because we went later in the day, but I really like how this one turned out. Thanks for looking!

Thanks for checking it out, guys! I'm a little dissapointed, however. The picture seems to have lost a lot of detail when I resized it. I like the original much better. Maybe it's just in my head. You can check out the original if you want at www.mkklein.smugmug.com under watersports.

Melissa,

Great picture and I see what you mean about losing detail from the original. If you just resized the original and not resampled it, that is probably the cause of the loss of detail. If you 'Resample' the size to a smaller more manageable size for uploading try increasing the the DPI and you shouldn't lose much definition at all. Hope this helps.

Is that something you do in photoshop? I don't have that option, unfortunatly. I only have the softwear that came with my FZ20, and it says to "batch process and resize" the picture and it just gives you the option of making it less pixels. If anyone could explain to me a different way to do it, that would be great! i wanted to post some pictures from my trip to Canada, but after I resize them they just don't seem worth posting any longer.

Thanks!
