Default Location Shoot Lighting Question

I'm shooting tomorrow morning in a board room of a major company. I'll be doing a group shoot of 9 to 12 people.
Using a Canon D60 and a Photogenics 3-300w/s lighting kit.

Any suggestions for smooth lighting across a group this size?

Or posing suggestions?

Thanks In Advance...

I'd keep it simple and put a couple of 60" umbrellas or large softboxes on both sides of the camera. Vary the ratio a bit to keep it too flat but I doubt if dramatic lighting is what they want.
