Default Motorrad Museum in Germany

I took this at a private collectors museum in Germany. He rebuilt ever one of these bikes, I never thought miele and opel made bicycles and motorcycles, and there were brands I have never heard of.

shoturtle,

Old time moped in Schwedisch (motor+velociped) - in English - moped too or light motorcycle perhaps

There is a center just outside the city with all the older models Puch etc. Very unusual people come there from all over the country

That was before the EU Motorrad, moped

Thanks Torgny,

I like looking at old bikes, way more to look at then the plastic wrap modern bikes. I have not seen a puch to often, but there are some that are still around in Frankfurt. I seem them form time to time.

Shoturtle,

Where is this German museum...if I'm ever in Germany I wouldn't mind spending some time there.

Les

That KTM enclosed motorcycle-scooter reminds me of my '65 Jawa...very similar....the NSU Super Max...quite a sophisticated machine in it's day...some say some Japanese manufacturers got some design inspiration, from this ahead of it's time motorcycle. Like the old BMW boxer twin.

Thanks, Shoturtle...I will note that location. Our son is planning to go to Germany for part of his post secondary education...so we would prob. visit him in that case. I would love to check that museum out.
