Not a dopey question at all! I was at the Margaritaville Hotel up by the pool in a breezeway facing the Gulf. I was fairly high above the beach.
Here is a shot of our table in the breezeway. I was shooting behind my son and granddaughter, which gave me a nice vantage point.

We had a room there, so it worked out good. It was hot that day (mid nineties).

Awesome Robert got to see these guys practice but they were quite a way from the hotel, but still magnificent!

Have you gotten to see a "full" show? It's pretty much an all day affair. An upper floor room with a balcony facing the gulf is ideal. One year we had such a room, and I had a blast shooting from the fourth floor balcony!

No Sir, but we are going to make it a point to get down there for one...the Naval Museum was awesome as well Robert...just fantastic...I envy you living in that beautiful place...
